Boats depart Daufuskie as early as 8 AM, with the last return from River Street at 8 PM.

Hop aboard from River Street or near Wilmington Island for a scenic 35-minute ride to Daufuskie, where you’ll find 3 miles of unspoiled beaches, great local dining, museums, galleries, gift shops, and wildlife galore—from deer to bald eagles.
